Warranty Period
18 months warranty ensured from the date of delivery. Free repairing is available for functional problems of non-artificial damage, otherwise that will be charged.
From 1.5 to 3 years, we implement a paid warranty on most models. After 3 to 6 years, we implement a paid warranty on some models. After 6 years, we implemented a paid warranty on a small number of models.
Varied & Thoughtful repair mode
Once you have after-sales need,our FAE employees will provide remote technical support & send maintenance materials first, FAE employees can also be sent to the customer's place to repair depending on the situation, or customer can directly send the damaged products back to Hongkong city where Genzo has a maintenance center there,they will be repaired and send it out quickly.
